IM&T sees a rise of scam and fraud attempts whenever there are major events such as disasters, elections, armed conflicts, etc. They are asking students, faculty and staff to make sure they verify the authenticity of any organization that is soliciting donations and take extra care to verify the legitimacy of the information.
