Learning Communities
A Learning Community is a small group of people working together to increase their knowledge and/or skills on a topic of mutual interest. A Learning Community provides the structure and support to discuss, share, and encourage one another to reach their full professional potential.
The overarching goal of the CETL鈥檚 Learning Community program is to create a collaborative space in which instructors at all levels can connect with cross- and interdisciplinary colleagues. These communities increase instructor interest and capacity to engage in campus discourse about evidence-based teaching practice and cultivate reflective practitioners.
CETL offers learning communities for faculty and graduate students, with most learning communities open to instructors of all levels.
