Mentor Training Program

The Mentor Training program was designed as a four-month, 10 module online community of learning that focused on reflecting on one's own journey of learning and how to extrapolate those experiences when working and mentoring others. The program utilized current interpreting models and frameworks paired with critical race theory as the lens of the discussion. The modules were designed as a continuation of each participant's path of dialogic engagement, from the Legal Interpreter Training, paired with the tools to pay it forward with colleagues in their local communities.
